From I-85 exit 37 head north on Beatties Ford Road about 12 miles to SR-2165. Turn left (west) and continue to ramp.

From I-85 exit 26 take NC-273 north to its intersection with NC-16. Turn right (back toward Charlotte) and go south about a mile to SR-1912 (at Duke Power Village). Turn left and it's about a 1/2 mile to ramp.

Lake Notes:  Over 61 miles of shoreline.  Max. depth of 58 ft.
